Using Blinis or crackers, spread some crème fraîche over the top and fold a small piece of smoked salmon on top of that.
Place a dollop of KS Chilli Jam on top of salmon and garnish with dill.
Peel and slice potatoes. Use one potato per person. In a pan melt some olive oil and butter. Add as much garlic as you would prefer and cook gently. Add potatoes and fry until soft and brown, turning regularly. Pour in some cream, about ½ to ¾ cup and KS Wooster to taste. Cook for a further 5 minutes and serve with your favourite steak.
When roasting your leg of lamb, half way through the cooking process spread some raspberry jam over the top. Baste regularly. When it is cooked to your liking be sure to rest before eating.
Wash and cut potatoes into bite size pieces. You need to use waxy potatoes for this recipe. Once the potatoes are cooked put a large knob of butter and two teaspoons of KS mustard in with the potatoes. Place the lid back on and swirl the pot to mix the mixture around the potatoes. Serve at once.
When making your bread roll the dough out onto a floured board and spread with KS olive paste. Roll up the dough and put into a bread pan. Bake in normal way. Alternatively once the olive past is on the dough fold the dough in half and put into pan to make a foccaccia loaf.
